Over 50 vehicles, 7 Drummers from First Coast High School Band Percussion Section and District 2 Councilman Al Ferraro came out to commemorate Charlotte Edwards 100th Birthday.  Mrs. Edwards excitement was evident with her smiling, waving and tapping her hands and feet throughout the drive-by.  The outpouring of love was so special to her and her family.  To see more pictures, click here.
